Welcome to Shuunnya: The Aligned Community. This guide will help you set up your account and begin your journey of conscious learning and manifestation with ease.
Onboarding
Quick tips before you start:
- Choose a unique username that you'll remember — this is how you log in.
- Create a strong password (minimum 10 characters).
- Save your recovery codes immediately after registration — they are shown only once and are essential for account recovery.
1. Registration
- Go to shuunnya.org/register.
- Choose a Username (3-30 characters, letters, numbers, and underscores only).
- Create a Password (minimum 10 characters — length is your strength).
- Optionally add your email address for profile purposes.
- Agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy, then click Register.
After successful registration:
- Your account is immediately active — no email verification required.
- You will receive 3 Recovery Codes displayed on screen.
- Save these recovery codes securely! They are shown only once and cannot be retrieved later.
- You are automatically logged in and can start exploring your dashboard.
Note: Recovery codes are your only way to regain access if you forget your password. Store them in a password manager or write them down in a safe place.
2. Log In
- Visit shuunnya.org/login.
- Enter your Username and Password.
- Click Log In to access your personalized dashboard.
Tip: If you're already logged in on a device, you'll be taken directly to your Home Page.
3. Account Recovery
If you forget your password, you can recover your account using a recovery code:
- Go to the Account Recovery page.
- Enter your Username.
- Enter one of your Recovery Codes (format: XXXX-XXXX).
- Create a new password.
- Click Submit to reset your password.
Important notes about recovery:
- Each recovery code can only be used once — it is "burned" after use.
- After recovery, all your other sessions are logged out for security.
- You are automatically logged in with your new password.
If you've used all your recovery codes, you can generate new ones from your account settings while logged in.
4. Regenerating Recovery Codes
If you've used some or all of your recovery codes, or want fresh ones:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to Account Settings → Security.
- Click "Regenerate Recovery Codes".
- Your old codes will be invalidated and 3 new codes will be generated.
- Save the new codes immediately — they are shown only once.
5. Changing Your Password
To change your password while logged in:
- Go to Account Settings → Security.
- Enter your current password for verification.
- Enter your new password (minimum 10 characters).
- Click Save to update your password.
- All other sessions will be logged out for security.
Shuunnya AI
Shuunnya AI is your intelligent assistant inside the Shuunnya ecosystem that helps you learn, plan, explore, and clarify concepts instantly. It provides fast, streaming responses, uses contextual memory for accurate answers, and offers a smooth chat interface designed for both desktop and mobile users. All conversations run in real time, with no page reloads required.
1. Accessing Shuunnya AI
- Open Shuunnya.org and log in to your account.
- Look for the golden chat bubble in the bottom left corner of your desktop screen.
- Click the bubble to open the Shuunnya AI chat panel.
- On mobile/app, it can be accessed through the menu or the bottom bar.
2. Starting a Conversation
- Type your question in the message box at the bottom.
- Press Enter to send, or Shift+Enter to add a new line.
- Shuunnya AI begins streaming a response instantly.
- You can ask academic questions, planning questions, productivity help, or any well-known factual topic.
- If the query is highly specific to Shuunnya and not found in its knowledge base, it informs you politely.
3. Using the Chat Interface
- Smooth real time streaming for long answers.
- Auto expanding input box for longer questions.
- Scroll support for navigating conversation history.
- Mobile users get a full screen chat view for easy reading.
4. Copying and Saving Answers
- Every response includes a copy button to quickly copy the full answer.
- You can download the entire conversation as a text file using the download option.
- Ideal for saving study material, revision notes, personal planning, or guidance.
5. Starting a New Chat
- Click the Refresh icon at the top of the widget.
- This clears the current conversation and opens a fresh session.
- Use this whenever you want to reset context or start a new topic.
6. Context Aware Answers
Shuunnya AI has been designed to answer only with well established facts and avoids guessing. This ensures accuracy and prevents hallucination.
7. Mobile Friendly Experience
- On mobile devices, Shuunnya AI automatically expands to full screen.
- Keyboard interactions adjust smoothly.
- Scrolling, copying, and typing are optimised for small screens.
- The chat feature remains accessible across all app pages.
8. Performance and Reliability Features
- Responses stream instantly.
- The system automatically prevents extremely large inputs.
- Rate limiting protects the AI from overload and keeps responses fast.
9. Tips
- Use clear, specific questions for the best responses.
- Break long topics into smaller parts for better clarity.
- Use Shift+Enter to structure your questions properly with new lines.
- Download important chats for revision or future reference.
- Start a new chat when switching to a completely different subject.
MeditationSpace
MeditationSpace is your guided breathing and timed-meditation companion inside Shuunnya. It helps you practise mindfulness through controlled breathing cycles, ambient sound, and a built-in meditation timer. All interactions update instantly without page reloads.
1. Accessing MeditationSpace
- Log in to your Shuunnya account.
- Visit the page where the MeditationSpace widget is placed.
2. Meditation Modes
MeditationSpace offers two focused modes to suit your practice:
- Breathing Mode
- Meditation Timer Mode
Switch between them using the tabs at the top of the widget. The active mode highlights automatically.
3. Breathing Mode
Breathing mode guides you through the 4–4–4 cycle:
- Inhale for 4 seconds
- Hold for 4 seconds
- Exhale for 4 seconds
Features in Breathing Mode:
- Expanding and contracting animated circle
- Current breathing phase displayed (Breathe In, Hold, Breathe Out)
- Automatic cycle counter
- Audio cues for each phase change
- Play, Reset, and Sound toggle controls
How to use:
- Click Play to begin guided breathing.
- Follow the phase indicator and animation.
- Pause anytime with the same button.
- Use Reset to restart from zero.
- Use the Sound button to enable or disable ambient audio.
4. Meditation Timer Mode
Meditation Timer allows you to meditate silently or with ambient sound for a fixed duration.
Features:
- Large digital countdown display
- Remaining time indicator
- Preset durations: 1, 5, 10, 15, 20 minutes
- Play, Reset, and Sound controls
- Automatic stop when time completes
How to use:
- Select a preset time — the active preset highlights.
- Click Play to start the timer.
- Pause anytime with the same button.
- Reset to restart the timer from full duration.
5. Ambient Sound
MeditationSpace includes an optional sound layer designed to support focus and calm.
Features:
- Ambient sound toggle (On/Off)
- Volume slider with smooth adjustments
- Sound status indicator (shows current state)
How to use:
- Toggle sound using the speaker icon in controls.
- Adjust volume using the slider in the Ambient Sound panel.
- Audio plays automatically when meditation begins (if enabled).
6. Controls Overview
Both modes share the same three control buttons:
- Play/Pause – Start or pause the breathing or meditation timer.
- Reset – Return breathing cycle, timer, and phases back to zero.
- Sound – Toggle ambient sound On or Off instantly.
All controls update visually and function without reloading the page.

8. Tips
- Use Breathing Mode for instant centering before study, work, or sleep.

- Adjust volume to a low, gentle level for long sessions.
- Reset before switching modes for a clean start.
- The tool updates automatically as you interact — no refresh needed.
LifeTodos
LifeTodos is your personal task and priority manager inside Shuunnya that helps you organise, track, and complete daily goals. Every item is securely stored in your account and can be created, updated, filtered, or exported anytime. All updates happen instantly without page reloads.
1. Accessing LifeTodos
- Log in to your Shuunnya account.
- Navigate to the page where the LifeTodos widget is placed.
- If you are logged out, you will be prompted to log in before using the tool.
2. Creating a Todo
- Open the LifeTodos panel.
- In the Add / Edit form, enter a Title for your task (required).
- Optionally add: Details (notes, steps, links), Due Date, Priority (Low, Medium, High)
- Click Save Todo to store it.
- Newly created tasks appear in Your Todos immediately.
- Due date defaults to today when creating a new item.
3. Viewing and Editing Todos
- Go to the Your Todos section.
- Every entry displays: Completion checkbox, Title, Snippet of details, Due date, Priority label
- Click View/Edit beside any item to load it back into the form.
- Modify the values and click Update Todo to save changes.
- All edits take effect instantly.
4. Marking a Todo as Completed
- Click the checkbox under Done in the list.
- The item toggles between Open and Completed.
- Progress indicators and counts update automatically.
- Tasks marked completed appear under Completed filter.
5. Deleting a Todo
- Click Delete beside an item.
- Confirm the popup to remove it permanently.
- Deleted items cannot be recovered.
- The list refreshes automatically after deletion.
6. Filtering Todos
LifeTodos includes a powerful filter system for deep task organisation.
You can filter by: From date, To date, Priority (Low, Medium, High), Status (Open, Completed), Search text (Title or entry contains)
How to use:
- Click the Filter section to expand it.
- Choose your desired filters.
- Click Apply to view only the matching items.
- Click Clear to reset and view all tasks again.
- Filters instantly reload the list.
7. Using Quick Tabs (Pills)
At the top of the tool, quick tabs allow instant filtering:
- All
- Completed
- Open
Clicking any pill switches the list immediately. Progress bar updates dynamically based on current view.
8. Pagination
- If your task list is long, items are paginated automatically.
- Use Previous and Next to navigate through task pages.
- Page indicator shows the current page and total pages.
- Pagination updates instantly without refreshing the page.
9. Exporting Todos (CSV)
- Click the Export button at the top of the widget.
- Your filtered or full dataset downloads as a CSV file.
- Ideal for backups, printing, and external planning tools.
10. Tips
- Use priority levels to quickly highlight important tasks.
- Snippets in the list only show the beginning of your details; open View/Edit to see full content.
- Use quick tabs to switch between all, completed, or open items instantly.
- Set due dates to plan ahead and sort tasks automatically.
- Use search to locate tasks by content quickly.
- Export regularly if you maintain long-term planning logs.
LifeJournal
The LifeJournal is your personal, private space within Shuunnya to record daily reflections, experiences, and lessons. Each entry is securely stored in your account and can be filtered, edited, or deleted anytime.
1. Accessing LifeJournal
- Log in to your Shuunnya account.
- Go to your dashboard or open the page containing the LifeJournal tool.
- If you are not logged in, you'll be prompted to log in before using the journal.
2. Creating a Journal Entry
- Open the Daily Journal widget.
- Select a Date — it defaults to today's date.
- Optionally, add a Title (like "Morning Thoughts" or "Evening Reflection").
- Write your main Journal Entry in the text area.
- Click Save Entry to store it securely.
Each entry is timestamped automatically and saved under your account.
3. Viewing and Editing Entries
- Scroll down to the Your Entries section.
- Click View/Edit beside any entry to open and modify it.
- After editing, click Update Entry to save changes.
- You can also delete an entry using the Delete button beside it.
All edits and deletions are instant and saved via secure system.
4. Filtering Entries
You can filter your journal entries to view reflections from specific time ranges.
- Click Filter to expand the filter panel.
- Choose a From and To date.
- Click Apply Filter to show only entries from that range.
- Click Clear to reset and view all entries again.
5. Pagination
If you have many journal entries, they're displayed page by page. Use Previous and Next buttons to browse them, or refer to the Page Info indicator at the bottom.
6. Tips
- Use the date filter to instantly jump to a day's entry.
- Each entry preview shows only a short snippet — click View/Edit for full content.
- The journal automatically updates without reloading the page.
LifeTracker
The LifeTracker helps you cultivate consistency across your daily habits — from meditation and sleep to nutrition and productivity.
1. Accessing LifeTracker
- Log in to Shuunnya.
- Visit the LifeTracker page.
- You'll see today's date pre-filled in the tracker form.
2. Recording Your Day
For each day, fill in your progress:
- LifeCore: Meditation (minutes), Pomodoros (count), Affirmations done (Yes/No), Alignment maintained (Yes/No)
- LifeCrust: Workout, Nutrition, Water, Timely Sleep, Sleep Hours, Notes, Work Target completed
Then click Save. Your progress will be securely stored for that date — and you'll see a confirmation status like "Saved ✓".
The system stores your data privately on our secure servers.
3. Viewing Progress (Report)
- Scroll to the Report section (expand it by clicking the title).
- Select your From and To dates.
- Click Load History to see all entries between those dates.
- You can also search through your notes using the search bar.
The report displays a detailed table showing your daily habits, and a weekly summary with:
- Total Meditation minutes
- Total Pomodoros
- Average Sleep (in hours)
4. Exporting or Deleting History
Export CSV: Click Export CSV to download your habit history (within the chosen date range). You can open the exported file in Excel or Google Sheets for long-term tracking.
Delete History: Click Delete History to permanently erase all entries in the selected date range. You'll be asked for confirmation before deletion.
Deleted data cannot be recovered.
5. Tips for Best Use
- Open the LifeTracker daily and save before ending your day.
- Use "Notes" to record your focus theme or self-reflection.
- Adjust "From" and "To" dates to generate weekly or monthly reports.
- Export regularly if you want a self-copy of backup.
6. Features Summary

- Open LifeTracker → Fill your day's data → Click Save

LifeProjects
The LifeProjects tool helps you manage personal and collaborative projects with clarity. Each project can include multiple components (tasks, milestones, or goals), organized in a structured grid.
1. Accessing LifeProjects
- Log in to Shuunnya.
- Visit Menu → Projects.
- You'll see a loading indicator followed by your existing projects, or a message prompting you to create one.
2. Creating a Project
- Click + Add Project at the top of the page.
- A new collapsible project card will appear where you can:
- Enter a Project Title
- Add and manage Components (tasks, goals, notes, etc.)
- All projects are saved directly to your account.
3. Managing Project Components
Each project includes a Components section (expandable pill). Inside it, you'll find a dynamic grid with the following columns:
- Particulars: Main description of the component.
- Category: Type or phase (e.g., Design, Execution, Review).
- Status: Choose from Not started, In progress, Paused, Blocked, or Done.
- Responsibility: Assign to a team member or note who's in charge.
- Milestone: Key deliverable or checkpoint.
- Notes: Additional details or reminders.
Each row also includes small buttons:
- Up / Down: Move the row position.
- Remove: Delete a component.
To add a new component row, click + Add Component at the bottom of the section.
4. Saving and Deleting Projects
- Save: Stores all project and component details (Cloud-Storage).
- Delete: Permanently removes the selected project. Confirmation is required.
When saving: The Save button shows a spinner and "Saving…" text. On success, it briefly turns green with "Saved ✓".
When deleting: Confirm the prompt → project is removed instantly.
5. Exporting Projects (CSV)
Click Export at the top-right to download all your projects and components as a .csv file. This allows offline storage or importing into spreadsheet tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
The exported file includes: Project Title, Particulars, Category, Status, Responsibility, Milestone, Notes
6. Device-Friendly Design
- The layout adapts to both desktop and mobile screens.
- On smaller devices, the Save/Delete buttons move to the bottom for easier access.
- Auto-growing text areas ensure your notes always fit cleanly.
7. Data Storage
- Logged-in users: All projects sync securely with your account.
- You can switch between devices or accounts without losing progress (if logged in).
8. Example Workflow
- Click + Add Project → give it a title.
- Expand Components → add details for each task.
- Click Save → progress is stored.
- Add more projects or export them for tracking.
- Delete old projects when they're no longer active.

Pomodoro Timer
The Pomodoro Timer helps you stay productive through focused work sessions and mindful breaks. It follows the classic Pomodoro Technique — 25 minutes of deep work followed by short breaks — with advanced customization and progress tracking.
1. Accessing the Pomodoro Timer
- Log in to Shuunnya.
- Navigate to your Dashboard → Tools → Pomodoro Timer.
- The timer appears in a clean card layout with your daily Pomodoro count displayed at the bottom.
2. Timer Modes
There are three manual modes you can switch between:
- Focus (default): Deep work session (default 25 minutes)
- Short Break: Quick rest (default 5 minutes)
- Long Break: Extended recharge (default 15 minutes)
You can manually switch modes at any time using the Switch button.
3. Main Controls
- Start: Begins the countdown for the current mode.
- Pause: Temporarily stops the timer — resumes from the same time left.
- Switch: Cycles between Focus → Short Break → Long Break → Focus.
- Reset: Stops the timer and resets it to the default Focus mode.
Auto-switching is disabled by design — you have full conscious control over your session flow.
4. Settings Panel
Click Settings to expand or collapse the customization section.
- Focus (min): Duration of your focused work session.
- Short Break (min): Duration of short breaks.
- Long Break (min): Duration of long breaks.
- Long Break Every: Choose after how many Focus sessions you take a Long Break.
- Desktop Notification: Enable to receive a notification when a session ends.
- Sound at End: Plays a short chime at the end of each session (enabled by default).
All settings are saved automatically (via your account or localStorage if not logged in).
5. Progress Tracking
- Each completed Focus session increases your Today's Pomodoro Count.
- The count resets daily and syncs with your user account when logged in.
- Your last-used settings are remembered across sessions.
6. Additional Features
- Wake Lock: Keeps your screen awake while a timer is running.
- Audio Cue: Pleasant triple-tone chime at the end of sessions.
- Desktop Notifications: "Session complete" message appears if enabled.
- Persistent Data: Automatically saved via AJAX (for logged-in users) or localStorage (for guests).
7. Example Use Flow
- Set your preferred Focus and Break durations under Settings.
- Press Start to begin.
- When your session ends, you'll hear a chime and see a notification.
- Take a break or Switch to the next mode manually.
- Repeat and track your Today's Pomodoro Count at the bottom.
Calculator
The Shuunnya Calculator provides quick access to basic arithmetic operations directly within your dashboard. It's designed for clean usability and instant calculations — no complexity, no clutter, just focus.
1. Accessing the Calculator
- Log in to your Shuunnya account.
- Open the Tools section and select Calculator.
2. Basic Usage
Use the on-screen number pad or your keyboard to enter expressions. Supported operators include:
- Addition (+)
- Subtraction (–)
- Multiplication (×)
- Division (÷)
- Percentage (%)
- Decimal points (.)
Press = (Equals) or Enter to evaluate the expression. Results appear instantly in the display panel.
3. Memory & History
- The calculator remembers your last operation until cleared.
- You can use C (Clear) to reset the current input, or AC (All Clear) to reset both the input and stored memory.
- All calculations are performed locally.
4. Tips
Use keyboard shortcuts for speed:
- Enter → Evaluate
- Esc → Clear
- Backspace → Delete last character
The layout automatically resizes for desktop and mobile.
BMI Calculator
The BMI Calculator helps you track your body mass index over time with instant calculations, reports, and export options. All data is stored securely — either in your Shuunnya account or locally on your device.
1. Accessing the BMI Calculator
- Log in to Shuunnya or open the public BMI Calculator page.
- You'll see a clean interface with fields for Height (cm) and Weight (kg).
2. Calculating BMI
- Enter your Height in centimeters (50–250 cm range).
- Enter your Weight in kilograms (10–400 kg range).
- Click Calculate.
Your BMI and corresponding category appear immediately:
- Underweight: < 18.5
- Normal: 18.5 – 24.9
- Overweight: 25 – 29.9
- Obese: ≥ 30
3. Saving Entries
After calculation, click Save:
- If logged in, the entry saves to your Shuunnya account and syncs across devices.
- If not logged in, it saves locally in your browser.
Each entry includes: Date & time, Height and weight, Calculated BMI and category
4. Viewing Reports
Click Report to expand your history view. Here you can:
- Filter entries by From and To dates
- Search entries instantly using the live Search bar
- View results in a sortable table with date, BMI, and category
5. Export & Delete Options
- Load History: Shows all saved entries within the selected date range.
- Export CSV: Downloads your filtered history as a .csv file (openable in Excel/Sheets).
- Delete History: Permanently removes entries within the selected range. Confirmation required.
Guest users can also export or delete data stored in browser memory.
6. Data Storage
- Logged-in users: entries are stored in the secure Shuunnya database and accessible from any device.
- Guests: entries remain only in your browser (localStorage) and are private to your device.
7. Notes
- Each new entry auto-refreshes your report if open.
- Report loads up to 1,000 entries.
- The Save button activates only after a valid calculation.
Unit Converter
The Unit Converter lets you convert measurements across 15+ categories instantly — all within your Shuunnya dashboard. It's lightweight, fast, and precise, supporting scientific and everyday conversions alike.
1. Accessing the Unit Converter
- Log in to Shuunnya.
- Visit Tools → Unit Converter.
2. Categories Available
You can convert between units in the following categories:
- Length: meter, kilometer, inch, mile
- Area: m², acre, hectare
- Volume: liter, gallon, cubic meter
- Mass: gram, kilogram, pound
- Temperature: Celsius, Fahrenheit, Kelvin
- Speed: m/s, km/h, mph
- Time: second, hour, day, week
- Pressure: Pa, atm, bar, psi
- Energy: J, cal, Wh, kWh

3. Performing a Conversion
- Select a Category (e.g., Length).
- Choose your From unit and To unit.
- Enter the Value you wish to convert.
- The Result updates instantly below.
Example: If you choose Length → From: meter (m), To: kilometer (km), Value: 1200 → Result: 1.2 km
4. Handy Features
- Swap Units: Instantly switch "From" and "To" fields.
- Copy Result: Copies the conversion result to clipboard.
- Clear: Resets all input fields and output.
- Smart Defaults: Auto-selects the most common pairs (e.g., °C → K, m → km).
- Responsive Layout: Works seamlessly on desktop and mobile.

- Uses precise SI-based conversion factors and constants.
- Automatically handles temperature non-linear conversions.
- Displays up to 10 significant digits, trimming trailing zeroes for readability.

- The converter runs entirely in-browser (no data sent to server).

Stopwatch Timer
The Stopwatch + Timer tool is your dual-purpose time tracker for workouts, productivity, and daily routines. It includes a digital stopwatch and a countdown timer with sound alerts. Both tools are contained in a single interactive widget.
1. Accessing the Stopwatch Timer
- Log in to your Shuunnya account.
- Open the page containing the widget.
- The widget loads instantly with the Stopwatch active by default.
2. Switching Between Modes
The widget includes a sliding toggle with two tabs: Stopwatch and Timer. Clicking a tab switches the active mode and moves the slider visually. Stopwatch and Timer areas show and hide smoothly based on your selection.
3. Stopwatch Mode
Stopwatch features:
- Large digital time display (HH:MM:SS)
- Start/Pause button
- Reset button
How it works:
- Click Start to begin counting.
- While running, Start becomes Pause.
- Click Pause to stop counting temporarily.
- Click Reset to return the timer to 00:00:00.
Stopwatch counts in real time using one-second increments.
4. Timer Mode
Timer features:
- Hour-Minute-Second input fields
- Large countdown display
- Start/Pause button
- Reset button
- Automatic sound alert when time is finished
How it works:
- Enter hours, minutes, or seconds (any combination).
- Click Start to begin countdown.
- During countdown: Start becomes Pause, the time updates every second
- When time reaches zero: A sound plays automatically, an alert message appears
- Click Reset to clear inputs and display.
5. Sound Notification
A built-in sound file plays when Timer reaches zero. No sound is used in Stopwatch mode.
6. Controls Overview
Both modes share two buttons with consistent behavior:

The Budget Tracker helps you manage multiple budgets (personal or project-based) in one dashboard. Each tracker can store income, expense categories, and calculate remaining balance automatically.
1. Accessing the Tool
- Log in to your Shuunnya account.
- Navigate to Finance → Budget Tracker.
2. Creating a Budget Tracker
- Click + Add Budget Tracker.
- A new collapsible card appears labeled "New Budget Tracker (Click to Rename)".
- You can rename it by clicking the editable title bar.
3. Fields Explained
- Currency: Select from ₹, $, €, £, or ¥ for localized display.
- Monthly Income / Budget: Input your total available amount for the month or project.
- Expenses: Add multiple expenses (name + amount) dynamically. Each line can be removed anytime.
4. Key Controls
- Add Expense: Adds a new empty row under the expense list.
- Save: Saves tracker data to your account (or browser if offline).
- Delete Tracker: Removes that tracker permanently (confirmation required).
5. Summary Panel
After you fill values, the summary updates live:
- Total Income / Budget – sum of all inputted income.
- Total Expenses – total of all expense rows.
- Balance / Remaining – automatically computed (Income − Expenses). Shown in green if positive and red if negative.
6. Saving Data
All data is stored under your account. Guests cannot use this feature — login is required.
7. Example Workflow
- Add new tracker → rename to "Household Budget".
- Enter total income: ₹ 60,000.
- Add expenses: Rent ₹20,000, Groceries ₹10,000, Bills ₹5,000.
- Balance auto-updates → ₹ 25,000 remaining.
- Click Save to store.
Tax Manager
The Tax Manager helps you organise, calculate, and store your yearly tax-related data in one place. You can create multiple tax managers, track income, deductions, capital gains, expenses, assets, liabilities, and export everything as a PDF. All data is securely stored in your user account and loads automatically each time you open the tool.
1. Accessing Tax Manager
- Log in to your Shuunnya account.
- Open the page containing the Tax Manager.
- If you are not logged in, you will see a message indicating login is required.
- The tool loads your saved tax managers automatically.
2. Loading Your Managers
- A loading indicator appears briefly.
- Your saved tax managers appear as collapsible boxes.
- If no data exists, a default manager is created for you.
- All managers are displayed in an accordion layout where you can open one manager at a time.
3. Creating a New Tax Manager
- Click + Add Tax Manager.
- A new manager appears with the title "New Tax Manager (Click to Rename)".
- You can rename it by clicking the title text.
- Each manager gets its own set of fields for income, deductions, taxes, assets, and more.
4. Filling Personal and Income Details
Each manager includes the following editable sections:
Personal Information: PAN, Assessment Year, Financial Year, Tax Regime (Old or New), Employment Type, Residential Status
Income Tracking: Track your income from different categories such as: Salary, House property, Business and profession, Rent, Interest, Dividend, Exempt income
Click + Add Income to create multiple rows.
5. Adding Deductions
Under the Deductions section, you can add: 80C items, 80D medical insurance, 80E education loan, Donations under 80G, NPS under 80CCD(1B), Housing loan interest, Other allowable deductions
Add as many rows as required using + Add Deduction.
6. Tracking Capital Gains
Supported categories include: Short-term equity gains, Long-term equity gains, Property, Gold, Debt funds, Other asset classes
Click + Add Capital Gain to enter details for each transaction.
7. Recording Tax Paid
Add TDS, Advance Tax, or Self-Assessment Tax using + Add Tax Paid. Select categories like TDS on salary, interest, rent, professional fees, etc.
8. Expenses, Assets, and Liabilities
You can maintain a complete financial snapshot through:
- Expenses: Fixed, variable, rent, utilities, business expenses, etc.
- Assets: House, land, equity, mutual funds, FD/RD, gold, crypto, and more.
- Liabilities: Home loan, education loan, credit cards, business loan, and others.
Add entries using each section's + Add button.
9. Saving Your Data
- Click Save at the bottom of the manager.
- The button updates to indicate saving status.
- All entries are stored directly in your account.
- Saved data loads automatically next time.
10. Exporting as PDF
- Click Export PDF to generate a downloadable file.
- The system loads the PDF library automatically if needed.
- The exported PDF contains all visible data inside that manager.
11. Deleting a Tax Manager
- For non-main managers, a Delete Tax Manager button appears.
- Click it and confirm deletion.
- The manager is removed permanently from your account.
12. Tips
- Frequently click Save after adding multiple entries.
- Use PDF export for IT filing or sharing with your CA.
- Accordion design allows only one manager open at a time for clarity.
Finance Tracker
The Finance Tracker gives a high-level overview of your monthly financial health, including income, expenses, assets, liabilities, investment growth, and net worth.
1. Accessing the Tool
- Log in to Shuunnya.
- Go to Finance → Finance Tracker.
- Your primary tracker "Personal Finance Overview" loads automatically.
2. Sections Overview
- Currency: Select display symbol (₹, $, €, £, ¥).
- Monthly Income: Enter total income from all sources.
- Monthly Expenses: Enter total recurring expenses.
- Total Assets: Sum of cash, property, investments, etc.
- Total Liabilities: Loans, debts, or other obligations.
- Investment Principal: Original amount invested.
- Investment Current Value: Current valuation of the same investment.
3. Summary Calculations
These values auto-update instantly:
- Total Savings: Income − Expenses
- Savings Rate (%): (Savings ÷ Income) × 100
- Debt-to-Income Ratio (%): (Liabilities ÷ Income) × 100
- Investment Growth (%): ((Current − Principal) ÷ Principal) × 100
- Net Worth: (Income + Assets + Current Investments) − (Expenses + Liabilities)
If net worth is negative, it turns red; if positive, green.
4. Actions
- Save: Stores tracker data securely to your account.
- Delete Tracker: Removes a custom tracker (not the main one).
- + Add Finance Tracker: Create multiple named finance boards (personal, business, etc.).
5. Multiple Trackers
You can manage several finance dashboards at once — each with its own name, values, and calculations.
